Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-24

Short version

All bids are final and non-refundable. When you pay a bid, your listing appears on the public board immediately and the payment is considered fulfilled. There is one narrow exception below.

The one exception: failed listing

If we successfully charge you but your listing never appears on the board because of a technical failure on our end (server error, payment webhook lost, database issue), we will refund the full amount within 5 business days. Email us with your PayPal transaction ID and the URL you tried to submit.

What is not refundable

  • Regret. Once your listing is live on the board, you have received exactly what you paid for.
  • Daily burn. The 10% daily burn is core to the product and disclosed on every page. Value loss over time is expected and is not grounds for a refund.
  • Rank drop. If someone outbids you and you fall in the ranking, this is normal behavior. Top up your bid to reclaim rank.
  • Listing removal for a policy violation you caused. See the Terms of Service §2 and Content Policy.
  • Chargebacks / disputes. Attempting to reverse a completed bid via a card or PayPal dispute after the listing appeared is treated as fraud. We contest all such disputes and reserve the right to ban the account.

How to request a refund

If your case matches the one exception above, reach out via our contact form with:

  1. Your PayPal transaction ID (from the receipt email).
  2. The listing URL you tried to submit.
  3. Approximate time of payment.

We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via PayPal and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
